Our Proud Vermont Smokehouse has been making meat sticks on-site in small batches since 1962. Half of our products are smoked using natural hickory or maple hardwood chips, with time, temperature, and humidity meticulously balanced to add a touch of smoky flavor in each perfectly cooked, tender bite. Real smokehouses use real smoke – not liquid or artificial smoke. All of our sticks are hand crafted and slow cooked over 18 hours.

Taste the difference of our handcrafted approach. Our Uncured Summer Sausage is made with mustard seed, garlic, and cardamom, and slow fermented for a tangy flavor you're sure to love. This charcuterie meat pairs beautifully with smooth, semi-soft cheeses like Havarti, butterkäse, or Muenster, but also complements sharper Cheddar or Swiss. It's a fantastic match for most wines and beers as well.

We are committed to healthy snacking made simple. All our meat is sourced free from antibiotics and added hormones. Our products contain no artificial colors, preservatives, flavors, or MSG, and are free from all major allergens including milk, eggs, gluten, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy.
