Our slicing summer sausage is a blend of lean beef and pork mixed with our special blend of spices, then smoked to perfection in our state-of-the-art smokehouse with real hard-woods. It's ideal for sandwiches and sliced for party platters. Additionally, we have a variety of meat sticks available. Our meat sticks are protein-packed, gluten-free, and contain no MSG.
