At our Vermont smokehouse, we take pride in crafting our meat sticks in small batches on-site. Half of our products are smoked using natural hickory or maple hardwood chips, where we carefully balance time, temperature, and humidity to achieve perfectly cooked, tender meats with a touch of smoky flavor in each bite. Real smokehouses use real smoke – not liquid or artificial alternatives.
All of our meat sticks are hand-crafted and slow-cooked, ensuring quality and flavor in every snack. Hickory-smoked and made with a hint of maple syrup and spices, our Uncured Bacon Pork Stick offers the right balance of salty and sweet, delivering 100 calories, 6g of protein, and 2g of carbs per 1oz serving.

Paleo, Low-Carb, and Keto-Friendly Options
While our products are not officially "Paleo certified," they are free from wheat, gluten, dairy, and legumes, aligning with Paleo dietary guidelines. Depending on the flavor, some of our individual sticks contain less than 1g of sugar, though they are not considered low-calorie foods.
